A measure of one's fame on the 'Net is always to do a
Google search
for his/her name. What follows is a semi-random collection of some of my
sightings in cyberspace.
- Recent Photo (March, 2005)
A co-worker, Kenneth Rhodes, took this photo when I was just sitting at my desk. It actually
looks like me so that's the only reason I post it here. A few others that
are recent of me include:
- Farewell Lunch from Turner (April, 2006)
Photos by David Snyder from my last lunch with Turner Broadcasting, at Ruth's
Chris Steakhouse. Great food, great company, and great shots. There's also
the photo of the GameNight group that
Rich Schneider took. (I'm in the middle with the "I don't work here" shirt on)
- Me, doing a presentation on Jaguar Night at the Apple Store (Photo by Fabian Westerwelle, CoolMacintosh.com)
The night that Apple released
MacOS X, Version 10.2 Jaguar, we had
a big celebration
at the Apple Store and I was giving presentations on how
totally cool Jaguar is. This pic was snapped of me...and NO, I am not grabbing
myself!!!
- Me, with my camera, at a stream in Middle GA (Photo by Peter Jensen)
During the Photo Club Outing to the Country, Peter snapped this pic of me as I was sitting on some rocks taking a picture of the bridge.
- Someone that looks JUST LIKE ME but is not me, stealing a sign (Photo by Peter Jensen)
During the same trip...amazing how someone could look so similar to be and being doing something illegal!
- Death of a Hard Drive (Photos by Brian Gaeke, et al.)
This one is verrrrry old, but still a classic. Back in High School,
a bunch of us decided to launch an old full-height hard drive out of a third
story window and then burn it along with a couple lithium batteries.
