| | A side street of Montgomery Road where a few shops are located, including
a bread store, a pizza restaurant, and a cigar store. |
| Down the street a little more is the former fire station, converted
into a weight-lifting center for teens. The building is now for sale.
| | A very similar angle. Notice the difference? |
| On Montgomery Road, right before Cross County highway, is the
favorite amoungst teenagers, Perkins. They are open 24/7 and are a great place to
get coffee at 1:00 am and avoid going home.
| | The street out in front of Perkins -- Recker & Berger is off to the
left and Safelite Auto Glass is on the right. |
| Back closer to Olde Montgomery on Montgomery Road, we see the intersection
of Montgomery and ???. The Village Tavern is on the up right corner.
| | The sidewalks along Montgomery Road are all brick. The stores along this
street are nice to visit, but don't get much business otherwise. |
| Looking across busy Montgomery Road. | |
| | Sabrina's Espresso Cafe is another popular hangout amoung teens
in Montgomery. They feature live bands every now and then in a small store
with (I am told) good espresso, etc. |
| Parking is available behind Sabrina's off this little street. | |
| | Montgomery Road, looking towards Cross County from New Montgomery. |
| An old church on the corner of Remington and Montgomery. | |
| | The same. |
| The Star Bank on the opposite corner. This bank has been robbed
quite a few times, despite its nice apperance.
| | Looking down Remington Road. Just opened in Mongtomery Pomi's Pizza is off to the left. |
| Looking down Montgomery road towards the elementary school. | |
